The Pool Construction Process
Design & Planning
A pool designer will create a custom design, including pool shape, size, depth, materials and any special features that you want to include.
Excavation
Once the design is finalized and permits are obtained, the next step is excavation. This involves digging the hole for the pool and preparing the site for construction.
Steel & Plumbing
After the excavation is completed, our team will install the steel reinforcing bars (rebar) and plumbing that will be used to support and connect the pool shell.
Concrete Shell
With the rebar and plumbing in place, the next step is to pour the concrete shell of the pool.
Tile & Coping
During this phase, your chosen tile and coping are installed around the edges of the pool.
Electrical Systems
In this phase, we will install the electrical systems that operate the pool, including pumps, filters, heaters and lighting.
Decking
After the pool is complete, the pool deck is installed. This can include pavers, concrete, and other materials.
Final Inspection & Start-Up
We will conduct a final inspection to ensure that everything is functioning properly and meets safety standards. Once complete, the pool will be filled with water, and the start-up process will begin.
